Seeing Time
Differently

Seeing a project happen from start to finish, in minutes, is very impressive

In certain situations, at normal speed, time seems to go too slow. However, with an IP-CCTV Time Lapse application, you get to see events from a very different perspective. When time is speeded up through a lens, it’s amazing what you can observe and discover.

When you watch things go faster, you benefit from insights you might not have noticed before.

Not only is a Time Lapse video good as a general record of a project or an event, but it’s also good for marketing purposes because it grabs people’s attention. Seeing something happen from start to finish, in a matter of minutes, is pretty interesting to watch.

From start to finish in 2 minutes

Time-Lapse videos are great for recording projects. TrellisWorks install an application that sits on a server and receives, over a 4G network once an hour, a number of still pictures from a camera directed at the subject. It records a still image locally every few minutes to internal storage. This can be a bespoke setup and be changed depending on your requirements, the situation and subject matter.

This server-based application can then be made to automatically feed a website to show the last group of stills and/or a time-lapse video of a certain number of days. This sort of technology can be made available in several resolutions and at the very end of the task, the project owner can create the final time-lapse video of the whole time-line at the push of a button.

Other features of Time Lapse Video

Wide-angle lens options including panoramic view.

Timetable mode, optionally office hours and/or weekdays.

Up to 4K camera with variable capture and playback rates.

Creates a video of the last month daily and of all time on demand.

Optional daily FTP upload of video to a website after creation.

Uses a fixed network or optional fixed IP 3/4G connection.

TrellisWorks can also supply SIM cards and a pre-configured router.
